LEMON....A Big Hit!

I tried out my new lemon cupcakes at a recent Vendor Blender and the response was amazing. I am definitely going to put this one in rotation. So let me know if I can whip up some Lemon cupcakes for you!!!!

Actual Cupcake at Six Pence Pub!!!

My friends were kind enough to go to Six Pence Pub over the weekend and pay for my cupcake (even though they are my taste testers and can eat them for free!) My business card was sent out with each cupcake. I sure hope this brings in business!!!!!

Grandma's Thunder Cake

The Cupcake Girl can even make cakes! My daughter's teacher asked if I would make a cake that the class was reading about. Cute story and really good cake!

Local Restaurant, Six Pence Pub, to feature Red Velvet!

My biggest and most exciting order to date! The owner of the Six Pence Pub ordered Jumbo Red Velvet cupcakes to serve during Valentine's weekend. WOW! I hope this leads to more orders from individuals AND maybe a full-time need for the restaurant! Fingers crossed! Everyone needs to go check it out!! Or have your Sweetie get you one!

More mini "roses" for Valentine's Day!

Vanilla minis look like Rose Buds to me!

I had so much fun preparing my vanilla minis with pink buttercream for a school party. I sprinkled them with white sugar "dust". I think they looked like baby roses fresh picked with the dew still on them. Silly box....doesn't show how pretty they really were!

Chocolate Minis

Chocolate ganache minis have been a top seller so far. Followed closed by vanilla minis with tinted buttercream icing....just perfect for Valentine's Day. This week alone I baked and delivered 14 dozen minis and 2 dozen regular size cupcakes. I LOVE Valentine's Week!!!

RED VELVET!

I have been working and baking but not paying much attention to my blog. So my goal for February is to be more consistent and post my newest creations and great stories of my orders. I have been working very hard to perfect a Red Velvet cupcake and I think I have done it!!! So, if you prefer Red Velvet you can now order them too!
